Serrano Street Remodelling

Project overview

A complete remodelling of one of Madrid’s most prominent streets. The infrastructure was modernised end to end, including a technical basement level that lifted the quality and serviceability of the utility networks beneath. Above ground: rebuilt and widened pavements, urban greening, resurfacing and new signage, irrigation, upgraded public lighting and new street furniture. The three underground car parks were built to four levels each, adding 3,300 spaces without widening the street above them.
