Project overview

One of Madrid’s largest single urbanisation programmes, on the north-eastern edge of the city. Forty-seven new streets and eight bridges; twelve thousand homes; water supply, sewerage, electrical distribution, street lighting, parks and gardens, telecommunications and gas, with three connection points into the existing grid. GIS delivered the adjacent Solana de Valdebebas sector on the same terms - 109 hectares, 1,393 homes, a health centre, two schools and a gymnasium.
