Project overview

The regeneration of eastern Los Cerros into a sustainable, mixed urban district. Earthworks and paving, residential development, potable water and hydrant systems, sewerage, electricity supply, public lighting, irrigation, gas infrastructure and a network of gardens and parks - with the preservation of local cultural heritage written into the brief. The scheme is planned as a model for environmentally responsible urban expansion on Madrid’s eastern edge, with green space and pedestrian routes structuring the development rather than following it.
