IFEMA Expansion III

Project overview

Three pavilions, a multipurpose area, a convention centre, underground parking, outdoor activity space and the urbanisation of a fifty-hectare site. The urbanisation works cover roadways, water supply, stormwater and wastewater drainage, landscaping, gas and telecommunications infrastructure. GIS holds both detailed design and construction supervision. IFEMA is Spain’s principal exhibition and congress operator; Expansion III is the largest single addition to the campus since it opened.
