Boutique Hotel, Salalah

A hundred keys on the Dhofar coast - designed by Benoy, delivered under GIS project management for the Abu Dhabi Fund.

A new destination on the Dhofar coast, on plots totalling 2.5 million square metres secured by the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development. The first phase is a boutique hotel of 100 to 110 keys - main hotel, conference centre, all-day dining, spa, gymnasium and beach restaurant, with one- and two-bedroom villas - set within four village types that move from an Omani town centre through orchard and farmland to the beachfront. Concept design is by Benoy. GIS acts for the owner: procurement of the supervision consultant, and management of delivery through construction.
