Project overview
A medium-rise co-living development of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments supported by a pool, fitness centre, social spaces, gardens and co-working areas. GIS reviewed drawings, technical documentation and BIM models across three stages, testing coordination and completeness against operator requirements for long-term operation.
