Fifteen residential buildings in the Al Narjes district, answering Riyadh’s demand for well-planned family housing within a modern community setting. GIS delivered the full multidisciplinary design - architecture, structure, mechanical, electrical, landscape and cost engineering - across a built-up area of 200,000 m².
