GIS - Gestión Integral del Suelo - was founded in Madrid in 1996 as an engineering consultancy.
2007 · Group constituted
The acquisition of OMICRON–AMEPRO and CIESA, both established in the early 1980s, formed the GIS Group in 2007.
2011 · International expansion
International expansion began in 2011, building the network that now supports work across eight countries.
2023 · Riyadh branch opens
GIS-KSA leads the Group’s work in the Kingdom - architecture, engineering, interior design, supervision and project management - delivered by a resident Riyadh team.
Full project lifecycle
The offer runs from feasibility and master planning through multidisciplinary design, BIM to LOD 500, cost and value engineering, permitting, site supervision and handover of the record set.
