Project overview

The PGOU is the instrument that governs land use across an entire municipality, and its revision sets the terms for a generation of growth. In December 2024 the city council approved the complete initial draft - a response to three decades of change in the town, and the framework for orderly, sustainable expansion from here. GIS holds comparable planning commissions across the Community of Madrid, where the practice has advised municipalities on land classification and phased release since the late 1990s.
